These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and services provided by Outsourceylon International (Pvt) Ltd. By engaging our services, submitting project files, requesting quotations, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Service Provider: Outsourceylon International (Pvt) Ltd
Outsourceylon International provides real estate marketing support and CAD outsourcing services, including:
- 2D floor plans
- Lease plans
- 3D floor plans
- 3D modelling and rendering
- CGI visualisation
- Image editing and related visual production support
2. Service Hours and Communication
Office hours: Weekdays, 08:00 to 20:00 Sri Lanka time
Production schedules may be tailored to client requirements depending on project type, complexity, and approvals. During office hours, we aim to respond promptly to queries and project communications. Resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, and any extended timeline will be communicated to the client.
3. Our Commitments
Outsourceylon International aims to:
- provide accurate and consistent services in line with industry standards
- offer cost effective solutions suited to client requirements
- protect client confidentiality
- apply current standards and relevant industry guidelines to the markets we serve
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, the client agrees to:
- provide clear and accurate instructions
- supply sufficient supporting material, including sketches, measurements, plans, images, and other relevant references
- respond to technical queries and approval requests in a timely manner
- provide approvals where required for progress to continue
- make payment within agreed timeframes, including advance payments where applicable
Outsourceylon International is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, missing approvals, inaccurate source material, or delayed feedback.
5. Turnaround and Delivery
Typical turnaround targets may include:
- 2D marketing plans: within 24 hours
- image retouching: within 24 hours
- 3D modelling and rendering: timeframe will be quoted before work begins and confirmed in writing upon approval of cost and schedule
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Complex or staged projects may require client approvals at intermediate milestones before the next stage begins.
6. Approvals and Production Stages
Certain services require staged approvals.
2D Plans
Minor amendments are included where the original client instructions and measurements were sufficient and accurate. Additional charges may apply where changes result from:
- inaccurate or incomplete client instructions
- revised measurements
- redraws or structural modifications requested after production has started
3D Floor Plans
The client must approve the 2D plan and, where applicable, the furniture layout before 3D rendering proceeds. Changes that require structural revisions, furniture changes, fitting changes, or re-rendering may attract an amendment fee agreed in advance.
3D Modelling and CGI
Amendments to the model are included before final rendering begins. Layout, camera angle, material, or colour changes may be included up to the low resolution render stage. Once the low resolution render is approved, any further changes may be charged at a pre agreed amendment fee.
7. Pricing and Payment
Pricing will be provided by quotation or agreed commercial terms. Invoices must be paid within the agreed period.
For selected services, including 3D modelling and CGI, an advance payment may be required before work begins. Outsourceylon International may withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received.
8. Cancellation
For 3D modelling and CGI projects, a 60 percent advance payment may be required to commence work. If the project is cancelled after the 3D model has been completed, the advance payment will not be refunded. Final renders without watermark will only be released after receipt of the remaining balance.
For other services, cancellation after work has commenced may still result in charges for work already completed or resources allocated.
9. Completion and Acceptance
Plans, renders, and visual outputs produced in accordance with the client's instructions will be treated as completed work once delivered or approved at the relevant stage. Payment remains due in accordance with agreed payment terms.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non public information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential. Outsourceylon International will use client materials only for the purpose of delivering the requested services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- the client remains responsible for ensuring it has the right to use any source materials supplied to Outsourceylon International
- final deliverables are provided for the client's intended business use upon full payment
- Outsourceylon International retains the right to withhold unpaid deliverables
Any public display, case study use, or promotional use of completed work by Outsourceylon International will only be done where appropriate and consistent with confidentiality obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
Outsourceylon International will use reasonable skill and care in performing the services. However, we are not liable for losses arising from:
- inaccurate or incomplete source information supplied by the client
- delayed client feedback or approvals
- indirect or consequential business loss
- third party use or misuse of the final deliverables after delivery
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any updated version published on this website will take effect from the stated effective date unless otherwise specified.
